For those businesses with at least 15 employees working over 20 hours per week, the full suite of plans is available. A CRG Insurance Benefits Specialist will conduct a brief meeting with your Caregivers to summarize the available plans. This will be followed up with individual meetings for those interested in learning more. For many of your Caregivers, this is the first time they will have had the ability to discuss their benefits needs with a professional advisor. 

If you have fewer than 15 employees, or your Caregivers have gaps in employment between assignments (making payroll deduction difficult), or for those of you who would rather not administer payroll deduction, we have individual plans available for your employees to purchase directly. 

All Caregivers, regardless of hours worked, even 1099 workers, are eligible for these plans. 

Simply download or print the Self-Serve Benefits Summary from the link below and distribute it to your Caregivers via email or as a handout.  The Summary directs your employees to our website, rmben.com, where they will find all of our individual and family plans, including medical, dental, vision, cancer, critical illness, hospital, final expense, life and disability.
